Revlon Colorstay foundation is quite good :) Or Maxfactor Miracle Touch but it's whatever suits you, you're best to hit boots %26amp; testing stuff.
Mascara, go for a Maxfactor one (false lashh effect) though that is 拢11. You can't beat a MAxfactor, Bourjois or Rimmel mascara. Bargains :D
Maybelline Mousse is okay, just try them to see what you think but I found it too drying.
Clinique works great!! I like their High Impact Mascera,and their foundation. I never wore foundation before I tried them bc it clogs pores so bad. They are actually only a $1 or $2 higher than stuff at other stores.

Covergirl Lashblast. Thats the only drugstore brand I would use (and no other covergirls besides lashblast or lashblast luze either!) You're soo right! They all clump your lashes together and flake off. You really get the mascara that you pay for, so don't go cheap. Anything from Sephora or Givenchy is definitely worth it, it makes your eyelashes long and pretty and won't ruin them. (Clinique is amazing! And you can get large sample sizes for free to see how you like it!)

After time EVERY mascara is gonna end up clumping a bit.
Keep your using favorite mascara. Here's a little tip to end the clumping. Before each time you're ready to use it, put the bottle (with the cap securely tightened) in a cup of hot water for a few minutes (I do it as I'm putting on my other make up first.) It sorta ';melts'; your mascara but not to the point where it's dripping. It goes on your lashes smooth again. Your daughter is 20 now, meaning she is a grown adult capable of making her own decisions and deciding how she wants to present herself to the public world. You can't change the way she looks, especially if she likes the way she looks. And as a parent you shouldn't feel obligated to change her ways, of course we all know she's not going to do just that unless she wants to herself.
You can subtly hint to her that she's wearing too much makeup. For example if you see someone on television or in the magazines wearing far too much makeup to your liking you can hint to your daughter that ';this woman is wearing far too much makeup, it's completely taking away from her natural beauty.'; This way you can be somewhat of an influence in the way she thinks, this approach may open her eyes out a little more.
Other than that, I hate to tell you but it's in no business to try to convince your daughter to look a certain way at this point in her life. Like I mentioned before she's old enough to decide for herself. And if you think about it it's not like she's doing anyone any harm now is she?
if she likes wearing heavy mascara as a part of her personal style, just let her...
1. You might want to take her to get a professional makeover (at the mall).. let her see how they do her make up and she may just fall in love and realize she like's the more natural way better.
2.. Take a picture of her in direct daylight, she may think she looks crazy

im sorry to say this but through all her childhood years she has been told around by adult not that she finally is one she is liable to make her own decisons, but thats very good that yous still care, you are a true loving parent. dont worry she might grow out of it, or give her little hints about mascara.

You can try to tell her, but then she will resent you guys for judging her. She'll probably have to figure it out herself...and she will...all it takes is one night falling asleep in all that mascara and seeing yourself in the mirror the next morning.
I wonder what the underlining reason is? (covering up something, defiance, peer influence, idol worship, free mascara, ...) Once one knows the reason, that may help the change.

Do you know of popular mascara brands in Ecuador?
I am looking for a particular mascara for my friend. She got it once from Ecuador. I think the brand was called ';Sandra'; or something close sounding but I'm not sure. She is trying to get another one of it but is having a hard time finding it here in the US. If anyone could tell me the exact name of that brand of mascara, I would really appreciate it.

Have you heard of Blinc mascara? Blinc mascara is different from traditional mascaras because instead of applying color to your lashes, Blinc (Kiss Me) mascara forms little tubes around each eyelash, thickening and lengthening each lash. Once the tube forms, it stays like that (no smudges) until at the end of the day when you want to take it off. It's also different because unlike waterproof mascara, you don't need to buy makeup remover for this -- you simply go into the shower and gently massage your fingertips against your eyelashes, and those tubes fall off. It's a bit shocking at first, because you see little tubes in your hands (and your first thought is - oh my God! My eyelashes!) but it's not your eyelashes at all -- it's just the little tubes.
This mascara is a little pricey -- but many makeup artists use it for weddings and many celebrities swear by it. You can get it at sephora.com.

my sister uses lash stylist and that stuff stays on for a long time but it's a little chunky if you don't want chunky i would try arbonne they don't sell it in stores you would have to find it online. it is pretty expensive though.

Try (Ultima 11) Eyesexxy Mascara. It is fabulous and won't smudge or rub off.

I just bought the new L'Oreal Telescopic mascara and I love it. You should try it. It makes your lashes extend a mile long. And separates them, too.

Where can I find hair mascara?
I want to put colours in my hair without dying it because I have naturally black hair and I don't want to bleach it. Anyway, do they still sell hair mascara in shops because I've looked at the major stores online (boots, superdrug etc) and I can't find any. Does anyone know where I can get hair mascara in bright colours instores or online in the UK? Or another alternative to putting colours in hair without having to dye it?

If you go boots in the hair section they have like this little section of temperary hair colours i think its called Colour FX and it comes in a spray or gel version, there really cool and have like really wicked colours,
do you mean hair dye spray? as in the wash in wash out one...
you can get them at most party shops and costume shops too....theyre sometimes behind the counter or in a glass box, with loads of different colours like green, blue, pink, black, purple, gold and tons more!

Okay. Truth is,t here is no magical way to make your eyelashes grow. You can, however, make them up well and train them into being how you want them to an extent.
1: Take an eyelash curler, and going from the root (right against your eyelid) to the tip, curl them. It might help, if you have a metal curler, to heat it up with your blow dryer for a few seconds first.
2: Apply one coat of Mascara. I use ';Great Lash'; by Maybelline. It really works well, for me at least. But pick whatever you like the most. I like to bend the mascara wand a little bit, so that I can get a better angle and keep from getting it everywhere.
3: Let that first coat dry for about two minutes or so. After it's dry (as in, you can touch your eyelashes with your finger and nothing comes off), then curl your eyelashes again to really lengthen them out. If you want to, add another coat of mascara, and then put on the rest of your eye makeup.What is the best lengthening mascara???-and how to make lashes grow longer?
Diorshow makes your lashes thicker and longer.
I don't think you can make lashes grow longer....
But maybe you can? I don't know.
Btw Vaseline is good for your lashes, and it conditions them and makes them healthier so that they may grow longer...
I put some on every night.. not to make them grow just to make them healthy.. Theres no proof they are longer.
Also put an eyelash primer on before mascara, it adds little fibres to your lashes to make them longer.
I use Clinique eyelash primer.
As far as i know, there are know sure ways to make your lashes grow longer. I have heard many myths though. Tea, Tea bags on eyes, coffee, and soil are said to help, but im not so sure about the soil. I use Voulume Max Mascarra, im not sure the brand at the moment, but it has one black end, and one white end. i hope this helps you!!
covergirl lash excact ! you definitely goota try that one, i love it so i use it and i have recommened it to other people on hjere as well %26amp; my answer got chosen as the best one because they say that it works, it's like the spinner mascara but it is wayy cheaper %26amp;+ works just as good,if not better .

I hate that black-eye, smoky uner the eye look that develops after half a day of wearing mascara, so i'm looking for something that won't do that. I don't wear any other makeup so i really don't have any brand preferences. Any ideas? Thankyou!

OK. so i love the Alst exact from COVERGIRL!!! it is like the best stuff EVER. also i hardy ever get smudges. but heck you could try the water proof. i swith between water proof and non-waterproof and i NEVER get smudges with it. also its easy for it to come off witht he right eye makeup remover. i use maybelline EXPERT EYES 100% oil free make remover. its 2.3 ounces but ive had for 1 year + and i havent gotten close to running out. i love it and you should try it! its AWESOME!!!

well ive been using maybelline lash expanshion and its amazing! i used on my wedding day and till now and no complains its a very nice mascara light, and makes ur lashes long and full, it was also rated on E! tv, 2nd for best mascaras! and dont buy waterproof its a big no no , that will make ur undereyes darker, and for makeup remover i use baby oil to remove my eyemakeup then i use face wipes to clean up everything, then nuetrogena face cream cleanser! perfect combination, and i wear makeup everyday, and im acne free thank god! and my eyes look great! good luck hope this helps

Maybellene..basic black liquid eyeliner (with a brush, not the pencil) and the same brand Black mascara..the one in the famous pink bottle. I buy the waterproof so its smudgefree and its about 2-3 dollars less than your other makeup.. It comes off easily with oil of olay face cloths..which are also cheap(especially from Walmart)..they are good for your skin, no irritation and removes makeup in a second. Here's to happy skin!:)
i like to use baby oil to remove my eyeliner and waterproof mascara. but it is quite greasy(eww!) so try using baby gel instead.(at HEB its on sale for about $1.30)

for makeup remover, i use a small amount of lotion on a q-tip or cotton pad.
Although it is hard to find mascara that absolutely doesn't smudge, you can try Maxfactor 2000 Calorie, I think it is inexpensive and works really well. Another one to try is a waterproof one made by Avon, i forgot the exact name of it... If you can get a more expensive one, try ShuUemura's Basic Mascara as it goes on lashes well and usually doesn't smudge. I also have had the annoyin smoky undereye look after a night's out and I kinda found that waterproof mascara helps.
For makeup remover, I like liquid for eye makeup remover because it is refreshing and doesn't hurt your eyes. A lot of people swear by Lancome's Bifacil.

Mary Kay mascaras will NOT budge. Believe me, I know... not only am I a consultant, but I use them myself and I had to buy the eye makeup remover to get it off. It's the ONLY way to get the stuff off. So, I definitely would advise buying it, but only if you get the eye makeup remover as well. It's pretty inexpensive, see link below for the price choices.

I use a Mascara from this line that I only have found at Value City stores, it's called VColor, and it's awesome, it blends perfectly and I even can apply shading from different brands over it.

I love, love, love.....Loreal mascaras. And I never have racoon eyes with them. If you want major impact...go for the Loreal Shocking Mascara....a two step one. I have the best lashes when I use that. And big lashes would make a major impact if you don't wear eyeshadows or other makeup.

Mary Kay mascaras will NOT budge. Believe me, I know... not only am I a consultant, but I use them myself and I had to buy the eye makeup remover to get it off. It's the ONLY way to get the stuff off. So, I definitely would advise buying it, but only if you get the eye makeup remover as well. It's pretty inexpensive, see link below for the price choices.

I love, love, love.....Loreal mascaras. And I never have racoon eyes with them. If you want major impact...go for the Loreal Shocking Mascara....a two step one. I have the best lashes when I use that. And big lashes would make a major impact if you don't wear eyeshadows or other makeup.

The best mascara out there is Maybelline Colossal Volum'. It will make your lashes SO much longer and thicker. It costs between 拢5.99-拢7.99 I think.
If you would like more defined lashes, then go for Maybelline Define-A-Lash, which lengthens and separates really well. Again, that costs between 拢5.99-拢7.99.
The above two are better for younger people really, and many women swear by L'Oreal Teloscopic - which I have never used by the way. It is 拢8.99 and is really good I have heard.
Try Boots.co.uk for more accurate prices. Sorry if you're from the US... but I think Maybelline and L'Oreal are both available over there. Not sure if they are the best though, I have read on YAnswers that Covergirl is really good. But that's not available in the UK. :D

fake eye lashes from any drugstore. about 4-5 dollars. a little practice and a steady hand, fake eyelashes are the way to go. After I put my on, I use a lash tint (neutrogena makes a great lash tint for cheap) to kind of blend the fake eyelashes to mine.
my advice do not go overboard with the fake eyelashes. the more natural the prettier.
anything from no7 in boots I think is the best.
And trust me, I've tried a LOT of mascaras, and any from this brand I find is the best :)

Plus they also have different kinds.As for eyeliner they have a glide on retractable liner which is self sharpening,in a few different colors for 6.00.They were running a special for 3 products (on lip,brow,and eyeliner) for 9.99.It might be worth checking out.Hope you find a few products that work out for you!

A good quality mascara includes drugstore, designer, and other brands, however it should do its job WELL. Perhaps, though, your mascara may also be too old. You should replace your mascara every 3 months or as soon as the mascara formula gets clumpy and sticky. For me i make sure there's NO make up on my eyelashes.
Then curl them with eyelash curlers.
Next when putting on your mascara tilt you mirror so you eyes are looking down into the mirror, this'll make it easier to extend the brush further without hitting your brow bone and also you'll be able to get close to the root of your eyelash.
Do a coat then alow it to dry, then use a brow and eyelash brush

Honestly, Maybelline greatlast is really good but so is my neutrogena. Maybelline is cheap and makes your lashes look longer and flirtier, but can be a little clumpy. Neutrogena was a few bucks more, but made my lashes look thicker and I even kinda liked the smell to it. LOL

I absolutely love Mary Kay's ';Ultimate Mascara';, but it is second best to an old covergirl mascara that they don't make anymore :( My old fav had a built-in gadget that wiped off the excess mascara when you pulled the brush out - loved that thing! But now I'm in love with Mary Kay's mascara! The formula is better, I just wish they had that gadget, lol.

I've been using Too Faced Lash Injection and love it. It's the only one i've found so far that looks good curled. Everytime i try a new one, they don't seem to want to curl. i love bourjois maxi mascara extreame volumising length mascara, with this my lashes never clump together and is super waterproof. i have tried all the mascaras you can think of and this is the best by far.
when choosing a mascara, consider the types of mascara and select one appropriate for your lashes and the occasion. you have a choice of lengthening, thickening, long-wearing, conditioning and waterproof formulas, among others. for day, you might decide to add length, while a night on the town may require a long-wearing or thickening formula. for me, mac mascaras are also great as i like to add length to my lashes.
you didnt mention the natural colour of your lashes? if you have blond or red lashes, opt for brown mascara. darker-lashed women can consider brown for a casual look, and black or brown-black for more pronounced or dramatic lashes.
when applying mascara a great tip is to curl your lashes with an eyelash curler, it will make your lashes look heaps longer. remove the wand from the tube in one pull. pumping the mascara will push air into the tube, potentially drying out the formula and introducing bacteria into it.
begin with the underside of your upper lashes, moving the brush slowly upward toward the tips of your lashes. always hold the wand parallel to your eyelid. roll the brush slowly on the upward stroke to promote separation of the lashes.

My favourite is Maxfactor Masterpiece mascara...it's awesome and doesn't clump at all...when i apply it in the morning, the lashes remain the same thickness throughout the day- and there's no flaking or anyhting like that. I took mine with me when I was on holiday last summer- no complications. :D
I'd go for MAC or Urban Decay, they're extremely good quality makeups.

maybelline's volumizing define-a-lash (fuschia tube, not green) does all of that. it's especially great because after you curl your lashes, it doesn't weigh the it down and keeps it curled all day. l'oreal voluminous will create crazy volume and length, but i find that it's a little heavier on the curl. i work at sephora and have access to a ton of high end mascaras, but i always go back to drugstore formulas. don't waste your money.

I use it when I go out! you have to apply it with the flat side, remove excess from the brush then use the bristled side to comb the mascara through and get rid of lumps, it can take some practice

I have been using Maybelline Collossal Volume Express Mascara and really love it. It never clumps, flakes, and rarely smudges. It also is waterproof.
I have it in black but im not positive if they have it in brown. I would think they do.

Dior, Dior show waterproof. I have not used the water proof version but this mascara is AMAZING! Try it and you will love it! It adds a lot of length and volume does not flake of smudge and it even smells good! Look at sephora.com for it.
i just LOVE my LashBlast mascara. they have it in black or brown and they have it in waterproof. it lasts all day and it looks so good. and its around 6 bucks so its a good price. and u can find it at walmart.

The lancome is great but the tube dries out fast.
The barre minerals is actually better than the lancome but you really have to put effort into applying it.

People with medium in the middle lashes tend to like Great Lash by Covergirl (Seriously? This stuff has been around since the dawn of mascara, and I STILL see it backstage at EVERY fashion show I work) Recently Covergirl came out with that new one in the purple tube that's just an extension mascara, and if you have short lashes with enough body, it's AWESOME, I used it on a girl for a catalogue shot last week, and since it was a new tube, she wanted to buy it. :)
Those are my 3 faves for drugstore mascara, though when I am treating myself I'll buy DiorShow Mascara, it's a little better than the Loreal, and it lasts longer and smells GREAT (which is highly rare for mascara) however... it's $27!!!!

Usually i just throw them out after 6 months but now im doing project 10 pan (where you have to use up 10 things you already have before buying any other makeup ) so how do you know when you finish a tube of mascara cause i have a ton of them!

Well, if there's no extra mascara on the end of the brush when you take the brush out of the mascara bottle. Also, you'll notice the mascara consistency to be quite dry. Another thing I've noticed with my mascara is that the bottle feels a little lighter when it's empty LOLOL. But really, you should not be using your mascara for more than three to four months anyway. Chuck it out after that as mascara is not supposed to be used for that long due to bacteria etc etc.

Ok, first of all, since you have the whole brown look (eyes, hair, and skin), you're very blessed. You can wear literally any color and look good. Now, since you want your eyes to ';POP!'; (which I TOTALLY understand), I would recommend M.A.C. make-up. They're known for making bright colors that make your eyes standout. They also can give you a free makeover at their booth in a department store (if you tell them it's your birthday). They'll show you what colors look good on you and how to apply them, but BE SURE TO TELL THEM THAT YOU WANT A LOOK TO MAKE YOUR EYES POP! If you don't, they'll just give you a basic naturals look. Now, M.A.C. is a bit pricey, but they have GREAT quality.
Also, doing a smokey-eye-effect is really sexy, and deffinately makes your eyes stand out. I like to do smokey eyes with pale lips, and it looks great!!!!

you should wear light pink lipstick or lip gloss and light brown everything else. Mascara always wear black. The brand I would use is Doucce and Gabbana
shiny gold tones and dark eyeliner/mascara can really highlight your eyes. You should make sure you stretch the eyeliner to the corners of your eyes too. Dark eyeliner really emphasizes your eyes.
Oh and use like a clear lip balm or lip gloss to understate your lips, so that way ur eyes are the first thing someone notices about ur face.
Use black mascara and eye liner. Use a light eye shadow at the inner corner of the eye, and a darker (smokey) color in the crease and very outer corner. I like to use a bright color (like pink) to blend them. Also, use the lighter color eye shadow on the bottom inner corner of the eye. Your complexion sounds very close to mine. I start with a black eyeliner, or a smokey grey. Mac has a really pretty black glitter eyeliner I love if you want to go for something outthere. Although, i would not reccomend it for formal or business occasions. The smoky eyes look has been in magazines for the past 5 years and is still in there today. It's hard to go wrong with. Just make sure if you wear black eyeliner to wear black mascara!

eyeshadow-you could use Almay's Intense I-Color eyeshadow for brown eyes, they also have other products that go with the Intense I-Color for brown eyes; they have an eyeliner, and something else but i forget what it is. what it does is when you put all three shades on together(correctly, there are directions on the back) it makes your eyes stand out, or POP like you said.
i always use glitter to really pop my eyes out, and my description is exactly like yours! otherwise, i use a deep purple eyeliner, starting where the lashes start to get longer, out to the outer corner and bring it out about 1/8-1/4 inch depending on how you feel that day. then line only half your bottom lash from the center to the outer corner. i sometimes experiment with colors, like charcoal black, flesh, white, or blue. its kinda cute sometimes! for shadow, i use a sparkly blue, a luminescent lavender, white, or a dark brown/light brown combo, with the darker on the lid and the lighter above. mascara, no black it looks harsh, specially cause you have brown eyelashes, so it will look unnatural. otherwise, sometimes i take irridescent powder or my lavender eyeshadow (rimmel) and but it on the apples of my cheeks, because it catches the light and is really pretty!

Ok, first of all, since you have the whole brown look (eyes, hair, and skin), you're very blessed. You can wear literally any color and look good. Now, since you want your eyes to ';POP!'; (which I TOTALLY understand), I would recommend M.A.C. make-up. They're known for making bright colors that make your eyes standout. They also can give you a free makeover at their booth in a department store (if you tell them it's your birthday). They'll show you what colors look good on you and how to apply them, but BE SURE TO TELL THEM THAT YOU WANT A LOOK TO MAKE YOUR EYES POP! If you don't, they'll just give you a basic naturals look. Now, M.A.C. is a bit pricey, but they have GREAT quality.
Also, doing a smokey-eye-effect is really sexy, and deffinately makes your eyes stand out. I like to do smokey eyes with pale lips, and it looks great!!!!

you should wear light pink lipstick or lip gloss and light brown everything else. Mascara always wear black. The brand I would use is Doucce and Gabbana
shiny gold tones and dark eyeliner/mascara can really highlight your eyes. You should make sure you stretch the eyeliner to the corners of your eyes too. Dark eyeliner really emphasizes your eyes.
Oh and use like a clear lip balm or lip gloss to understate your lips, so that way ur eyes are the first thing someone notices about ur face.
Use black mascara and eye liner. Use a light eye shadow at the inner corner of the eye, and a darker (smokey) color in the crease and very outer corner. I like to use a bright color (like pink) to blend them. Also, use the lighter color eye shadow on the bottom inner corner of the eye. Your complexion sounds very close to mine. I start with a black eyeliner, or a smokey grey. Mac has a really pretty black glitter eyeliner I love if you want to go for something outthere. Although, i would not reccomend it for formal or business occasions. The smoky eyes look has been in magazines for the past 5 years and is still in there today. It's hard to go wrong with. Just make sure if you wear black eyeliner to wear black mascara!

How can i convince my mom to let me wear mascara?
well in my other question everyone suggested i should start wearing makeup starting mascara (i dont really want to wear eyeshadow). but my mom didn't let my sister wear it until she was 14, and she even said to my sister that i was too young to wear mascara. i'd like to wear some kind of eye makeup, and i like mascara. but i'm not allowed to wear it (as i said above)!!! how can i convince my mom to let me wear mascara? and there's no way i can wear it without her knowing - she definitely could tell.How can i convince my mom to let me wear mascara?
Discuss you are growing up, and tell her you don't want harsh makeup, explain that you will buy the mascara yourself (Sorry hun) look for the kind that has then bristles to prevent a clumpy look. The mascara I use just darkens and lengthens without clump, it looks natural and makes your eyes appear more open. This just cost around ($3.50-$4.00) I don't know exactly my Mom buys my makeup (I use Clinique) it's expensive, but works very well, but they have less expensive brands that work very well also.
I know it stinks not being able to wear makeup like most of the other girls, but your Mom is just trying to show you, that your a pretty girl that doesn't need all that stuff on your face. I am a very attractive girl too, but I still wear eyeliner and mascara (I'm into the dark eyes ';punk'; makeup) Just try my advice, or you and your Mom can I girls day out before school starts and head to the mall for a makeover with natural tones, where a professional will find all the right colors, then your Mom will see how pretty and natural you can look while wearing makeup. My Mom did that to me two years ago in the Summer before I went into 7th grade. I was allowed to wear makeup then on.
Also tell her you will only use it with her consent. Showing responsibility will make her more likely to say yes in a situation like this. Don't exactly use bribing. Example, do the laundry for 3 days of wearing Mascara until it turns into a routine.

Chances are that if you still have to get permission to wear makeup, you shouldn't be wearing it anyway. Wait until your skin really needs it. Until then, be one of the few that shows natural beauty, not Avon and Maybelline beauty.

At your age, I would keep your makeup as natural as possible. I think what you are currently using is fine. You might want to keep concealer on hand for those occasional blemishes that might pop up or foundation powder to even out skin tone.
You need to wash your face and leave it alone. I'm not being hateful; I tell you this sincerely. At your age, a little clear lip gloss is enough.

(Sounds off topic...but I ran out of mascara for a few days before payday, so I used the brush from an old lash blast and put it in some cheap mascara I bought and used once, and It still looked great. Keep in mind the brush that came with the cheap mascara was a thin whispy one and made my eye lashes look like crap, they looked much better than with the original brush)What brand of mascara is the best?

Maybelline Lash Blast's brush is amazing, and when it is applied correctly, looks AMAZING. If you want a REALLY REALLY good mascara, try DiorShow, it's expensive but really good. I've been using L'oreal Paris Carbon Black Telescopic mascara. The brush is farely small, and it gets all the little lashes very well. They way the brush is designed, you don't have to worry about putting too much mascara on or about clumping. It's great.
Lash stylish by maybelline(: i've tried lashblast (overrated) and i've found that lash stylish workss way better! It comes with a comb brush and gives you beautiful long, seperated lashes. No clumps, it's amazinggg!
maybelline new york, preferably volum' express in waterproof.
Bee Luscious Cosmetics has the most incredible mascaras!
No one can compare that is my personal professional opinion.
I wear waterproof as my eyes are constantly weeping (I wear contacts and have allergies). I like Prescriptives Here to Stay. No spider lashes or clumping.

CLINQUE MASCARA!! clinque has been around for awhile and it is all natural it doesnt make u break out like some makeups do!

You can do your eyes first. Clean up the under eye area with a cotton ball and a little eye makeup remover, and then do the foundation.GIRLS.....How do you put on eye liner and mascara without it smearing all under your eyes?
I would try another brand of makeup. You get what you pay for.
I would use a q-tip, with a dab of remover on it if need be.
I never knew mascara could get all over the place under your eyes. I say practise more putting it on, you can rest your elbow against the mirror to get a steadier hand.

How do you put it on in the first place to smear it everywhere? With Mascara, just let it dry before you remove with a dry cottonbud (q-tip). With eyeliner, if it's a pen, make sure it's sharp so you don't get a too thick line and remove any misstakes with a cottonbud with a little foundation on it (or face/eye cream if you are not wearing foundation). With liquid eyeliner, remove any unwanted marks with a (surprise) cottonbud dipped in a little bit of eye make up remover.
With the whole powder thing, that only helps if you put on eyeshadow and it falls down below your eyes (quite good if you are putting on a very dark shadow).
Other things that work:
Use an oil-free moisturizer and foundation.
Look for Mascara's that are waterproof and smudge-free.
Eyeliner can be tricky, but if you use black eyeliner - ';set'; it by going over it with a thin line/layer of black eyeshadow - if you use another color of eyeliner, match the eyeshadow to your preferred color.
You may also want to consider liquid eyeliners as they won't smudge.
Hope these tips help - I find them to work like a charm!
I have never really had this problem. Every once in a while I will get some mascara under my eye and I just use a Q-Tip to wipe it off. If you are getting eyeliner under your eye, you are probably using too much. A little bit goes a long way!
put it on CAREFULLY.....i use a q-tip if it gets messed up though....

If it smears under my eyes I just wipe it off with a q-tip. Other then that powder might work...I dunno I never really have that problem...maybe you should try different kind of make up....

I am Attended MANY Makeup Classes (b/c of Work- Stylist) and they suggest putting a LOT of Translucent Loose Powder under the Eye.. and when finished Blow (or use a Blowdryer) or Brush it away! Seems to SET the Foundation and its easy to clean.
Lets say your Liner gets into the Translucent Powder you just brush it away and apply more instead of Getting makeup remover and starting over again!

Well, to set a pencil/kohl liner you can set it with a matching eyeshadow...that will prevent it from smearing. e.g.( I use MAC Kohl pencil in Smolder which is a intense black and I set it with Carbon eyeshadow...intense black matte shadow) Also, if you mascara is running and smearing then maybe you should try waterproof mascara. I personally don't like waterproof mascaras because it is really hard to remove even with eye makeup remover and it makes my lashes brittle.
I do not have problems myself when putting it on I only have issues after a few hours. I normally use a makeup sponge to kind of pull mu eyelid taught when putting on liner then mascara the open mouth trick I think almost every girl does just be steady and try not to close your eyes so your mascara is able to dry. I have heard the powder trick but have not tried it myself. J me is right a box of q-tips is a must have I use them all the time to fix mistakes!
Its now how u put it on. More than likely its the kind of products you are using. Try Revlon ColorStay, works like a charm for me.
apply it carefully taking your time, apply your eyeliner first then ur eyeshadow then your mascara if you smudge it use a baby wipe wrapped around the finger tip and gently glide it under your eyes problem solved
the absolute best eye liner i have try ed is styli style flat eye pencil
it's flat!!! kind of hard to explain without pictures but it works . i can put it one with out a mirror in the dark with out it smearing
as for the mascara put it on carefully as my sister all ways said

You can do your eyes first. Clean up the under eye area with a cotton ball and a little eye makeup remover, and then do the foundation.GIRLS.....How do you put on eye liner and mascara without it smearing all under your eyes?
I would try another brand of makeup. You get what you pay for.
I would use a q-tip, with a dab of remover on it if need be.
I never knew mascara could get all over the place under your eyes. I say practise more putting it on, you can rest your elbow against the mirror to get a steadier hand.

How do you put it on in the first place to smear it everywhere? With Mascara, just let it dry before you remove with a dry cottonbud (q-tip). With eyeliner, if it's a pen, make sure it's sharp so you don't get a too thick line and remove any misstakes with a cottonbud with a little foundation on it (or face/eye cream if you are not wearing foundation). With liquid eyeliner, remove any unwanted marks with a (surprise) cottonbud dipped in a little bit of eye make up remover.
With the whole powder thing, that only helps if you put on eyeshadow and it falls down below your eyes (quite good if you are putting on a very dark shadow).
Other things that work:
Use an oil-free moisturizer and foundation.
Look for Mascara's that are waterproof and smudge-free.
Eyeliner can be tricky, but if you use black eyeliner - ';set'; it by going over it with a thin line/layer of black eyeshadow - if you use another color of eyeliner, match the eyeshadow to your preferred color.
You may also want to consider liquid eyeliners as they won't smudge.

I have never really had this problem. Every once in a while I will get some mascara under my eye and I just use a Q-Tip to wipe it off. If you are getting eyeliner under your eye, you are probably using too much. A little bit goes a long way!
put it on CAREFULLY.....i use a q-tip if it gets messed up though....
Give it up! Makeup is nasty!
If it smears under my eyes I just wipe it off with a q-tip. Other then that powder might work...I dunno I never really have that problem...maybe you should try different kind of make up....

I am Attended MANY Makeup Classes (b/c of Work- Stylist) and they suggest putting a LOT of Translucent Loose Powder under the Eye.. and when finished Blow (or use a Blowdryer) or Brush it away! Seems to SET the Foundation and its easy to clean.
Lets say your Liner gets into the Translucent Powder you just brush it away and apply more instead of Getting makeup remover and starting over again!

dont use liquid eyliner use pencil eyeliner and dont put abunch of mascara on put it on the upper half of your eyelashes.

Well, to set a pencil/kohl liner you can set it with a matching eyeshadow...that will prevent it from smearing. e.g.( I use MAC Kohl pencil in Smolder which is a intense black and I set it with Carbon eyeshadow...intense black matte shadow) Also, if you mascara is running and smearing then maybe you should try waterproof mascara.
