I can't find an eyeliner that will stay on throughout the whole school day and a mascara that doesn't smudge a lot and makes the lashes look long and think.
Any suggestions?
:DWhats a good brand of eye liner and mascara?
Mascara : Dior diorshow
Eyeliner: Urbandecay 24/7 glide on pencel
sold at sephora stores www.Sephora.com
Works great!Whats a good brand of eye liner and mascara?
Any eyeliner will work. just burn the tip of it, and once it dries put it on and it will stay all day! for mascara, define a lash waterproof mascara is amazing
Mascara: Maybeline XXL mascara
EYELINER- sephora's brand or mac brand eyeliner ( i like sephora's eyeliner the best though it lasts longer)
i am an eye liner junkie and the best ones i've ever used are Chanel and MAC's waterproof eyeliner in stick form or their Fluid Line, which is a gel in a pot that you apply with a flat stiff brush.
I really like ALMAY it stays on all day and they have cute choices for your color eyes that will make them pop for a low cost:)
For eyeliner I like to use Australas black eyeliner, it stays on for much longer than others but you may need to apply probably second lunch. Not too sure for mascara.
mascara = eyelights by covergirl in your color of eyes (they have brown, green, blue, and hazel)
eyeliner= perfect point plus in black onyx by covergirl.
works good!
for eyeliner just the cheapest kind will work probably but i like a crayon, not a pencil
then for mascara for three years I have sworn by full and soft by maybeline
i wouldn't go with super creamy eyeliners. try exaggerate waterproof eyeliners from rimmel. and as for mascara, use waterproof lash blast. wiggle at the base for volume.
Basic Eyeliner : Revlon colorstay in Black Brown %26amp; Black / Loreal Infallable eyeliner
Coloured eyeliner : Bourjois duochrome %26amp; metalise range
Mascara - Maybelline Full %26amp; Soft

Why does mascara make my eyelashes fall out?
I never use to bother with it because it seemed messy.
But i've been using it recently... and it makes the eyelashes hard, but when it comes to wiping it off... i find eyelashes falling off with it.
I suppose this is common right???
Just wondering.
The eyelash curlers don't help either. Why does mascara make my eyelashes fall out?
You're only noticing more eyelashes falling out because they're stuck together with mascara, so when you take it off at the end of the day it looks like many. In reality, the same amount of eyelashes fall out when you're not wearing mascara - they're just not stuck to your eye lid. Why does mascara make my eyelashes fall out?
Hmmm use a good quality mascara and if you already do then its fine. .then. . . .you can use a conditioning lash primer before applying mascara...Before going to bed make sure you take off the mascara but very gently, don't rub your lashes too hard and after that you can apply some nourishing oil to your lashes as an overnight treatment. . .you can use almond or olive or castor oil. .anyone of them. .but be very careful those oils Shouldnt get into your eyes:)
Of course eyelashes fall out every day as does your hair. But you say that when you wipe off your mascara- you can actually see them coming off with it- in my experience that isn't common. I think the problem is that you're not removing the mascara properly. You should use a gentle oil based eye make up remover. the oil gently dissolves the mascara and it comes off easily- its much kinder to your lashes and will prevent them drying out too. Nivea and Simple do good ones. Good luck :)
Very common. You lose eyelashes naturally, its if you notice major gaps then to stop using it. Its normal to see the odd eyelash on your makeup remover wipe as it is to see hairs on your hairbrush. mascara does solidify and clump the eyelashes together, even the ones ready to drop out.
some mascara's can do this, cheap ';water-proof'; mascara's can so this, try normal wash off mascara, this is much easier on your lashes, if you need a waterproof, use a good branded mascara, so as to condition ur eyelashes at the same time, not make them fall out :D
ok..

Thats why i never wear mascara. Doesn't really enhance a girls beauty that much. It is such an awful feeling seeing so many lashes come off daily. I also hate to rub my eye lid to get off the mascara. Rubbing causes the bags that you so often see under women's eyes. Ditch the mascara.
Using mascara now means you're paying more attention to your eyelashes. You're probably not losing any more than you were before, you're just noticing it more. Make sure you're taking your mascara off the right way too; make-up remover.
dont use waterproof mascara.. its too heavy for ur eyelashes, and really hard to get off.. thats why ur lashes fall off.. i switched from waterproof to normal mascara, and my lashes dont fall off anymore..
If you use waterproof mascara you must use a waterproof remover, this happens because your not removing it properly.
use a white mascara base before you apply the mascara , it protect your mascara and condition it.
i have same prob i just ive with it n pray to good i dont lose em all lol XD

How do you apply this Bourjois Clubbing Volume mascara...?
I own this mascara (out of many others) and was wondering since it comes with a double-sided brush, is there a certain special way to apply it (for example, with the flat side first and then with the side bristles for volume, definition %26amp; separation?? I just want to ensure that I get the full effect of this top-rated mascara.
Any thoughts?? ThanksHow do you apply this Bourjois Clubbing Volume mascara...?
oh i love this mascara!!! the flat side is only for definition and separation so use that second, use the big side and lash it on first for the max effect. when im doing a night look i would use 2 coats as well and just keep using the flat side to make sure they dont stick together.
hope this helps :)

Why do mascara commercials use ';enhancers'; like extensions on their models?
Doesn't it defeat the purpose of proving their mascara is better than the rest?
How stupid is that? Why do mascara commercials use ';enhancers'; like extensions on their models?
They want to make it look like there product does that to your/ there eyes.
which i think is very ridiculous!
hahaha they should just get someone who has AMAZING eyelashes!
or a GAY GUY! (They have the best eyelashes!)
bastards hahaha lolWhy do mascara commercials use ';enhancers'; like extensions on their models?
I agree. However, most of the time, you can't see if their product works if they don't use enhancers. Therefore, to make the product more noticeable, they add extensions.

What, in your opinion, is the best waterproof mascara?
question states pretty much what im looking for..
* looking for one that is so good you have a hard time washing it off, like literally have to use an oil based product to remove it
*im going on a trip this summer and water activities may spring out of no where! lolWhat, in your opinion, is the best waterproof mascara?
Waterproof mascara is okay to use once in a while. It is made with glue, so if you use it everyday for a long period of time you will probably start to loose your eyelashes. But if your only using it for a couple of weeks it should be fine. What, in your opinion, is the best waterproof mascara?

LOREAL Paris Waterproof VOLUMINOUS is the best ever!
Covergirl Marathon Mascara, it really is tough to get off but it makes your lashes look great.
maybeline also
Avon and Covergirl have the best.
Rimmel brand have good waterproof mascara's !
Maybelleine Great Lash water proof mascara in the pink and black tube (NOT pink and green - that's the normal one but I always get confused) is really good. I used to go swimming and it didn't come off easily. Hope that helps!
Mary Kay has an amazing waterpoof mascara. Check out my website at www.marykay.com/e-dunn to find out more about it!

Would brown mascara look good with blue eyes?
i experiment a lot with different color make ups, like eye liner and eye shadows, but i've never changed my mascara color. i always wear black.
i have big circular shaped eyes. they're blue/green/gray. haha. kinda a mix. and i have long eye lashes.
what do you think of me wearing brown mascara? i probably wouldn't wear black eye liner with it. i'd wear other color eye liner.Would brown mascara look good with blue eyes?
I have blue eyes and I use black-brown mascara. I like it better than straight black.Would brown mascara look good with blue eyes?
im my opinion, unless you have blonde lashes - you cant really tell a difference between black and brown mascara
only big difference would be : black is more dramatic and the brown is more subtle
now, maroon mascara is amazing!
it spices up your eyes a bit
TBH brown mascara works with all eye-colours, it just looks softer and more natural than black mascara :) I have blue eyes, and I tend to wear a brown mascara during the day, and a volumising black on evenings, both look great!
Try going to taaz.com. You can upload your pic and try on makeup and stuff. Then you can get a good feel of how the brown mascara would look :)
it would probably look very natural and pretty
yeah that would be pretty. (:
