I saw an advertisement on tv the other day for a mascara (I think it's by Loreal) that forms tubes on your lashes to extend them. It has two sides, one is a primer and the other is the mascara. I can't remember the name, but I really wanted to try it, so if anyone can give me the name, that would be great!Does anyone know the name of this mascara?
