What is the best waterproof mascara/eyeliner?

i';m looking for really good waterproof mascara and eyeliner. i will need it to stay on in the ocean and in the pool. i have a very open price range and i'm willing to try anything!!What is the best waterproof mascara/eyeliner?
Smashbox Jet Set Waterproof Eyeliner is a great eyeliner. It's really expensive though ($20 for 0.1 oz) but you can be sure it will stay on. You need an eyeliner brush to apply it. Be sure to clean your brush in between uses with a brush cleaner or shampoo, otherwise the eyeliner won't go on properly. Make sure that you replace the lid right away each time because it can dry out and flake really easily.





You don't need to spend a lot of money for good waterproof mascaras -- Maybelline Sky High Curves waterproof and L'Oreal Double Extend waterproof are good ones.What is the best waterproof mascara/eyeliner?

Waterproof Lash Blast Mascara. Not only does it look amazing but it won't come off easily at all. I seriously have to pull it off my eyelashes..
Chanel is my FAVORITE.. I find that any eyeliner will bleed.. where some hot sunglasses lol
