oh i have the same eye color and i use either a darkish purple, or neon blue...try the Urban Decay neon blue eyeliner at Sephora with mascara on the top and bottom lashes...it usually looks good.
White eyeliner always makes eyes look bigger
Green Eyeliner or some light color. and black mascara!
dark blue. i use rimmels navy blue colour
