Have you ever opened a brand new mascara only to find it's dryer than your old one?

It happens to me at least twice a year or something. It's annoying, cause there i go, to get a new one cause my old one is all clumpy and dry, and i only find that the new mascara is in worse condition!

Definitely take it back! It's too old and it must not have been rotated.
Yes, i tried buying this cheap brand called ';wet n wild'; or something and when i opened it..... i found out that it was completely dry. So now i'm using mascara from M.A.C or sephora.
This has happened to me, twice, both times Cover Girl.
no i have to say this has never hapened to me. but if you want some really good mascara...walk up to the deli worker at any giant...ask for Sean. he sells the best knockoff brand mascara there is...it's the best stuff in the world. but if you want eyeliner ask for Joe.
