i always look fine when i leave the house but a couple ours later i always look like i have two black eyes. HELP!!How do you prevent mascara smudges under eyes?

First make sure it's water proof and before putting it on put a bit of powder under your eyes.
Waterproof mascara would be good. Also put a litle concealer under your eyes and then powder. It help so there's no smudging.

your probally useing cheap mascara, go to sears and get samples, find one you like. you can also try waterproff, but its not ment to be good for your eyelashes if you use it every day.
