some jcpenney's have a sephora inside. definitely make sure there is a solid return policy because you might not like the way the eyeliner or mascara wear over time.





personally i love MAC eyekohls ($14) and while i've tried them all, those work best for me. I dont think they have them at jcpenneys though. for mascara yo ucould probably get away with a drugstore brand.
All of the main stores sell some sort of makeup, you want to find a product you can use consistently without problems. You should find an Avon consultant who can meet with you and talk about your complexion and what you need. If you think you already know you can also order online and have it delivered directly to your front door!
