I absolutely Love Maybelline's Lash Stylist. I've been using it for more than a year now and got my friends to use it. The great thing about it is that its a cumb instead of a brush. Then for eyeliner, I tried Mary Kate and Ashley's eyeliner and its cheap and great. It made no mess! Couldn't find it online tho.
over the summer, the only make up i use is wet and wild. its made to be waterproof and they have cute voluming mascara. you can find it at target and those places.

I use this in the spring when I have allergies and my eyes water, and these products stand up to hours in the pool and at the beach.
waterproof is really bad for your lashes but it is such a pain having to constinatly wipe off the smugded mascara that is not water proof. studio gear eyeliner is amazing...you can get it at ulta and isadora mascara from walgreens is pretty cheap but fabulous!
Avon sells great eyeliner and mascara i think. Everyone is different but i think you just have to buy and try. Avon has a wash-off waterproof mascara for 4.99. Plus they also have different kinds.As for eyeliner they have a glide on retractable liner which is self sharpening,in a few different colors for 6.00.They were running a special for 3 products (on lip,brow,and eyeliner) for 9.99.It might be worth checking out.Hope you find a few products that work out for you!
Don`t use waterproof mascara! It's bad for your lashes and it makes your lashes fall off !! If you want something that doesn`t smudge, use Telescopic Mascara because it dries soo quick and lasts for like 2 days.
