Ok, so I would invest your money in a really good mascara, like Cover Girl Lashblast or Collosal. Then, you take the mascara, and on your eye lashes (bottom and top eyelashes), take the mascara wand, wiggle it left and right on your eyelashes, then sweep out. Whatever you do, don't use fake eyelashes, people can tell that they are fake!
hold the brush right by the top lashes so that it is almost touching or touching.. just super close! then blink. make sure there arnt any goopy clumps on the brush first. try this a few times until you're ok with the results. dip the brush in the mascara as needed. you may want to then just brush starting at the root of the last until the tip, coating every lash in black mascara. do not ';pump'; the mascara or it will cause clumps and only keep the mascara for 3months. it will go bad. :) hope i helped good luck!!
buy a mascara that is made to make your eyelashes longer. then, hold it up to your eye and then brush it to the side of your eye and this will elongate your lashes.

or, if you want, you can buy natural looking fake eyelashes.
The best way to do this is by angling the brush vertically and brushing it up to define every lash. This way it won't clump, but each lash will look longer!
SHAKE THE BOTTLE THEN GENTLY PUT IT ON
just brush it on, but make sure you dont get clumps or use rubbish mascara!x
