What is the best product of mascara to get thick and curlier or thick and lengthy lashes?

I need a good product of pencil liner for bottom eye...and a good brand of mascara to get thick and lengthy lashes....I just need the color blackest black....is that color available in all the product ?What is the best product of mascara to get thick and curlier or thick and lengthy lashes?

I personally like Maybelline. That's what I use. I think it works really well.
